You’ve got a workout schedule, stick to it. You’ve got a menu, stick to it. You’ve got goals, stick to them. Consistent, pig-headed determination and discipline is the only shortcut that works. Because if you constantly attempt to find the magic bullet, you’ll never get anywhere. You need to keep it simple, you need to stay disciplined, and you’ll see results.
