Today Brian and Danny are joined by a return guest Rachel Gregory as she talks about some recent changes in her nutritional and professional life as well as some info about some new studies she’s been involved with regarding keto use in the CrossFit world. Brian and Danny throw around pop culture references that end up making them feel old. As always a good time is had by all.

6:49 – Reviews:
11:11 – Fascinating facts:
Rachel: Coca-Cola would be green is coloring wasn’t added to it
Brian: Mongooses and cobras are natural enemies because the mongoose wants to eat the cobra. A mongoose is not immune to the venom of the cobra. If a mongoose is bitten, it will die just as quickly as any other animal. It can beat and eat a cobra though because it’s faster and has better reflexes.
Danny: Scientists are getting close to cloning a woolly mammoth. Scientists are also trying to clone extinct ice-age cave lions using their DNA from 12k-year-old remains. A huge liger that’s white with stripes and a short mane. Looks large enough to eat a bison.
