Today we have the honor to get to speak once again with Dr. Baker. He once again feeds our desire to row more and eat more meat. He’s got some exciting projects currently going on and seeing some excellent results from some recent experiments that he talks about in this weeks episode. Lots of good stuff here, make sure you’re taking notes. You won’t want to miss anything. Also, Brian doesn’t like hearing that humans are made up of the same thing as cows.
