Rachel Gregory graduated from the University of Miami and then James Madison University, with a Master’s Degree in Human Performance and Nutrition. For her thesis, she was asked to find something that would interest her. So she decided to look at the impact of the ketogenic diet on crossfit athletes. Her study has been getting a lot of attention, because the results went agains the common thought about how beneficial keto could be for performance athletes.
So Danny and I asked her to come on the show and talk about the study. And some other things.
