Rachel Erb has a bit of a rebellious spirit. Ever since her childhood, she’s always gone by the beat of her own drum.
After a lifetime of running (and dealing with some chronic injuries that were exacerbated by a benign tumor), she decided to give keto a chance, and she combined it with lifting heavy weights.
After a while, she got more comfortable with her new routine, and she decided she wanted to compete. She couldn’t do powerlifting, because of her back injury, so she decided to become a physique competitor. And she did. All by herself. No team, no coach, just her will power and determination.
And she credits being keto for allowing her to be as successful has she has been. She’s still learning the finer points, but she is a wealth of knowledge and she shares everything she can on how keto helped her and how it can help you, too.
